Live: 10am–4pm, plus setup and pack-down (approx 30 mins, basic set) We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Event Manager to run a one-day campus activation for an AI academic brand. We will need to send the kit to you in advance. You’ll: Manage setup, pack-down and transport of event materials (vehicle required) Collect donuts locally in the morning. Supervise three Brand Ambassadors. Oversee student engagement, app downloads and giveaways. Capture event photos and provide a short event report. Previous event experience, strong organisational skills and access to a vehicle required.
