Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Dates: Friday, April 17th – Sunday, April 26th Retail Associates are the front line of the Fanatics retail experience. You’ll support the set-up, breakdown, logistics, and sales of merchandise while delivering an exceptional fan experience at one of the most exciting sporting events of the year. What You’ll Do • Deliver a fan-first experience • Execute retail set-up and breakdown • Process sales transactions using POS systems • Replenish and maintain organized merchandise displays • Support inventory and back-of-house operations • Assist Retail Leadership onsite as needed What We’re Looking For • Required: Prior retail experience • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States • Experience in retail, merchandise, or event/venue environments preferred • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong customer service and communication skills • Basic math skills (handling cash and transactions) • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments This is an opportunity to be part of an elite retail team supporting Fanatics!
