Hours Per Week: 10 - 30 hours Pay Rate: $30/hr Seeking BA's for our Field Team: This is a street team position. You will be responsible for utilizing the company vehicle to give cans away to consumers in the field in order to reach can goals. You will also be scheduled for table samplings at gyms, large events, fitness events, etc. This role is year-round, meaning you will be giving cans out to consumers all year, in different types of weather conditions. The ideal candidate has a magnetic energy, problem-solves to find the best areas of foot traffic, is self-sufficient, trustworthy, professional, and super outgoing. Requirements: Must be comfortable wearing a cooler backpack with product, must be a safe driver who is comfortable driving the company vehicles (Dodge Ram Promaster Cargo & Tesla), hands on with setting up/tearing down events with the team, genuine desire to interact and educate consumers, have the ability to pivot during challenges to reach can goals, and have a dynamic personality. Clean driving record & valid driver's license is a must. Must be available for 3 day shifts between Monday through Friday AND all day Saturday OR Sunday. Must be available for 2 day shifts between Monday through Friday AND all day Saturday AND Sunday. Additional ways to earn hours: Operations: Maintaining the storage unit, organizing and tracking assets, maintaining the fleet vehicles (taking them for car washes, service, etc.), accepting pallet deliveries, etc. The ideal candidate for this is athletic as it requires physically pushing/pulling pallets on a pallet jack (we will teach you how to use it!).
