Brand Ambassador – RetCon Event

Cinch is hiring a lead-generation-focused Brand Ambassador to support our sales team onsite at RetCon. This role is centered on proactively engaging attendees, identifying high-quality prospects, and helping the Cinch team capture meaningful, sales-ready leads. Success in this role is measured by the quality of conversations started and the strength of leads passed to the sales team.
This is a short-term, in-person role in a high-energy event environment.
Compensation
$20 per hour
Estimated hours will be provided separately
Responsibilities
• Represent the Cinch brand professionally at the event
• Greet attendees and direct them to the Cinch team
• Assist with booth setup and light breakdown as needed
• Help distribute swag and promotional materials
• Support lead capture by encouraging attendees to engage with the booth
• Keep the booth area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Communicate with the Cinch team throughout the day to assist as needed
Skills and Requirements
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior event or brand ambassador experience is a plus but not required
Bonus
Performance-based bonus may be available for exceptional engagement and support

Breaks
Break length and whether breaks are paid will be communicated prior to the event
Uniform
Branded attire or dress guidelines will be provided before the event

Payment Terms
Payment will be issued after the event is completed
