2:30PM-9:30PM. Wedding. ***2 hours travel time paid in each direction (4 hrs. total).*** Uniform: All black. Black button-down dress shirt, black dress slacks (not yoga pants or jeans), black socks, black polishable shoes. Collar must be able to support a tie. No mandarin collared shirts.. The servers are responsible for set up, bussing, serving and breakdown of a plated meal. They will be reporting to an on-site manager from the catering company, Capers. Bartenders should be TIPS certified or the equivalent. Responsible for well set up and breakdown. Have knowledge of common cocktails. Culinary staff will be assisting chef with prep. and plating and running food. Strong English not necessary. If you speak Portuguese or Spanish, that's o.k. Parking is available on-site.
