We partner with premium consumer brands across beverage, lifestyle, and CPG and bring them to life through in-person engagement. We're growing our St. Louis-area Brand Ambassador team and looking for dependable, outgoing people who communicate well, show up prepared, and represent brands with confidence. The Role As a Brand Ambassador, you'll engage with guests at cannabis and other alcohol brand promotions and activations throughout the St. Louis region. You'll converse with consumers, educate them on Raw Garden products, answer questions, and create an engaging brand experience. A branded Raw Garden kit, swag, and table display materials will be provided to help support your product education and consumer conversations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cannabis and representing brands, comfortable talking with consumers, and enjoys creating memorable brand experiences. What You'll Do Engage guests with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional conversation Educate consumers about Raw Garden products and the brand Answer consumer questions and provide approachable product information Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience Use branded swag, product information, and display materials as conversation starters Set up and break down your activation area Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display throughout the event Communicate with the Colab team and on-site staff Capture quality event photos throughout your shift Complete an end-of-shift recap with photos and event feedback Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to represent the brand MUST-HAVES Must be 21+ years old Must have your own foldable table Must have your own fabric black tablecloth Reliable transportation to event locations Willing to travel to surrounding areas within the St. Louis region Comfortable discussing cannabis and other products with adult consumers Professional, dependable, and responsive Strong communication and people skills ATTIRE Your own nice, all-black outfit Clean, polished, and event-appropriate appearance Comfortable and professional footwear Branded Kit & Event Materials A branded kit will be provided by the brand, including swag and table display items to help create an immersive brand experience. Selected Brand Ambassadors will coordinate with the team to pick up the branded kit and event materials ahead of the promotion.
