Territory Account Manager – Field Marketing We're looking for outgoing, reliable, and driven individuals to join our team as Field Brand Representatives for an exciting 12-week campaign across Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia. This is not your typical BA promo job — you'll act as a Territory Account Manager, building real relationships with vape and smoke shops, representing the brand, and helping drive growth in your assigned area. If you enjoy being on the move, meeting new people, and working independently — this role is for you. 👉 What You'll Be Doing You'll be driving around your assigned territory daily, visiting vape shops, smoke shops, and specialty retailers — becoming the face of the brand in your area. Your role is a mix of customer service, sales support, and account management. Visit multiple stores per day (routes provided) - Introduce yourself and build relationships with store staff and owners - Educate employees about the product line in a friendly, natural way - Ensure products are visible, organized, and fully stocked Check flavors, inventory, and overall brand presence in-store - Gather market insights (what's selling, competitors, customer feedback) - Take photos + submit quick daily reports after your visits 👉 Think of it as: "You own your territory and take care of your stores." 💫 Why This Role is Different - You're not stuck behind a desk — you're on the move every day - You build real relationships with store owners and staff - You work independently (no micromanagement) - You gain hands-on experience in field marketing, sales, and brand growth - You represent a product that's already in demand — your job is to make it impossible to miss 💰 Compensation - Starts at $200/day - Performance-based structure — the more visits you complete, the more you earn - High performers can earn $400+/day - Bonuses available for top performance 🎯 The more efficient and proactive you are, the more you earn. 🎓 Training - Paid training provided ⏱ Schedule - Flexible schedule (you manage your day) - Up to 7 hours per day - Work days: Tuesday – Saturday - Campaign duration: 12 weeks 🚗 Requirements - Must have a reliable car and be comfortable driving daily across Richmond / Norfolk - Strong communication and people skills - Positive attitude and professional presence - Self-motivated and organized - Comfortable working independently - Must be 21+ (product category requires age verification)
