NOW HIRING – Brand Ambassadors (Jacksonville, FL) 2 Weekend Promotion | Paid + Commission Collab Collective Studio is looking for motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a 2-weekend retail promotion in Jacksonville for a nicotine vape brand. This is a sales-focused activation, so we are looking for confident staff who feel comfortable engaging customers, educating them about the product, and driving sales at retail locations. Dates • Weekend 1: March 13–14 • Weekend 2: March 20–21 Location Retail stores across Jacksonville (downtown and surrounding areas). Schedule • Approx. 6-hour shifts • Starting around 3:00 PM Compensation • $170 per shift • Commission $2 paid per unit sold (this is a high demand product) • Payments are issued weekly every Friday Training • 30–60 minute training before each shift • Training will cover the product, sales approach, and expectations. Responsibilities • Promote and sell the product inside retail stores • Educate customers about the brand and its benefits • Encourage purchases and support store staff with sales • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy Requirements • Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred) • Comfortable promoting a nicotine vape product • Sales-driven personality and strong communication skills • Reliable and punctual Appearance & Uniform We will provide the brand uniform. Staff must wear: • Black pants • Clean, comfortable shoes • Hair, nails, and makeup done As a Brand Ambassador, your appearance and attitude should reflect the professional and polished standards of our company.
