EVENT LOCATION: Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Round Rock, TX. Texas Assessment Conference exhibit hall, booth 903.
JOB OVERVIEW: CoPilot Data builds Texas-made software that helps school districts track student performance and state accountability. We are exhibiting at the Texas Assessment Conference and want 1-2 polished, outgoing brand ambassadors to work our 10x20 booth on the two exhibit-hall days. Attendees are school administrators (testing coordinators, principals, district accountability staff), so this is a professional, conversational trade-show role, not a sampling or flyering gig.

- Tuesday, Nov 3: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM (hall open 7:30 to 3:30)
- Plus a paid 1-hour video training call the week before the show
No setup or teardown. Our team handles that.

- Greet attendees at the aisle, start conversations, and invite people into the booth
- Learn a 60-second intro to the product (we teach you everything; no education or tech background needed)
- Scan attendee badges, hand out brochures and swag, and help book demo appointments
- Pass warm conversations to our demo lead at the podium
- Keep the booth tidy and restocked
