We’re seeking energetic, professional activation team member(s) to deliver memorable sampling experiences, drive trial, and build brand affinity across retail, events, and lifestyle activations. Role Summary: The CAT’s will execute in‑market sampling programs for Cornbread Hemp beverages. You’ll represent the brand at retail and event activations, educate consumers on product benefits and safe use, capture leads/feedback, and ensure flawless onsite execution in line with brand standards and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute product sampling activations at retail partners, festivals, and community events according to the event plan and brand guidelines. - Set up and break down sampling stations; manage product inventory, cold chain requirements, and point‑of‑sale materials. - Engage shoppers with friendly, accurate product education; answer questions, demonstrate usage, and promote responsible consumption. - Collect consumer data, feedback, and leads via mobile tools or paper forms; submit post‑event reports and KPI metrics promptly. - Maintain strict compliance with age verification, local regulations, and company sampling policies (ID checks, sign‑in, disclaimers). - Collaborate with Brand Ambassador Manager, local sales team members, and Cornbread employees to optimize execution and improve conversion. - Monitor product and asset condition; report shortages, damages, or merchandising issues immediately. - Represent Cornbread with professionalism; wear provided brand apparel and adhere to appearance and conduct standards. - Support ad‑hoc field tasks: retailer spot checks, merchandising, product drops, and brief consumer outreach campaigns. Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of field marketing, brand ambassador, retail, or customer‑facing experience (CPG/beverage experience preferred). - Comfortable engaging strangers and presenting product information with confidence and clarity. - Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license and insurance. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors. - Basic smartphone proficiency; able to collect data using mobile app, take photos/videos and/or upload spreadsheets. - Must be able to pass age‑verification training and follow all sampling compliance protocols. - Must be 21+ Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with hemp, CBD, or alternative product sampling. - Strong knowledge of local retail environment and event landscape. - Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus. - Hospitality, merchandising, or cash handling experience.
