CREATIVE STATE is looking for an awesome team in the Austin AREA! We are looking for an amazing team of 1 Team Lead and 3 Brand Ambassadors tow work a Summer Program in the Austin area. Please see details and requirements below: - ACTIVATION DATES:: June 9- August 2 *May vary slightly. Team Lead Tasks/Responsibilities: - Sourcing local events & conducting outreach once approved by FMM - Scheduling BA’s for weekly shifts - Find local storage unit that accepts pallet product deliveries on our behalf (immediate need) - Managing storage unit, product inventory/ shipments and event assets - Working 3-5 shifts per week (Approx. 20-27 hours PER week) Example of a typical working week: - Monday: 4 hour admin work/shifts Sourcing local events Mapping out and organizing shifts for the following week. Schedule seeding & guerilla shifts Confirming active sampling events with event contact Scheduling BA’s for follow weeks shifts - Tuesday: 5 hours seeding shift (Local hotels salons, trendy co-working spaces) ONLY Team Lead! Wednesday: 5 hours seeding shift (Local hotels salons, trendy co-working spaces) ONLY Team Lead! Friday: 5 hour guerrilla sampling shift at outdoor out spot. Team Lead PLUS 2 Brand Ambassadors. Saturday: 5 hour sampling shift at local event (Think Coffee & Chill Austin) ONLY Team Lead! Sunday: 5 hour sampling shifts at local event Team Lead PLUS 2 Brand Ambassadors Team Lead: - We are looking for someone that has reliable transportation, ideally (but no required) SUV. - Someone who likes to stay fit and enjoys sports, outdoor activities and an active lifestyle. - Someone that has experience managing and working with a team. Brand Ambassador Tasks/Responsibilities: - Experienced in guerrilla sampling - Outgoing and able to work with a team - Comfortable with being on your feet - Energetic, fit and with an active lifestyle. - Available to work Fridays and Sunday - 5 hours a day (Flexibility is a plus since days might change based on the events) If you are interested and available please apply !
