DALLAS TEAM LEAD Pay: $35/ hour Dates: ON GOING [Date and shift times will vary] CREATIVE STATE is in search of amazing Team Lead in the Dallas market. The Dallas Team Lead will be responsible for growing brand awareness through experiential marketing, leading local activations, managing a team of local Brand Ambassadors, overseeing warehouse logistics, building authentic community relationships and staffing field marketing events. We will be activating marketing events such as community events, fitness partnerships, and guerilla sampling initiatives that drive product trial, brand awareness, and sales. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate logistics including staffing, product inventory, vehicles, event assets, etc. - Manage product inventory, promotional materials, and branded assets. - Train, schedule, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors Plan and oversee all local activations including: - Sampling events - Run clubs - Fitness studios - University activations - Influencer events - Identify new event and/or partnership opportunities in the lifestyle, sports and fitness, party, and work/school spaces. Weekly tasks (avg. 10-20 hours a week) - Add scheduled shifts to Google calendar - Weekly product drops - Staff brand ambassadors for confirmed shifts - Event outreach - Weekly touch base with FMM Qualifications - Previous experience managing Brand Ambassadors or field teams. - Experience working with beverage, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands. - Strong knowledge of the Dallas market, including fitness, wellness, food, music, and cultural events. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. - Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on event schedules. - Valid drivers license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
