Lead: $38/hour CREATIVE STATE is in search of an incredible team lead for a few upcoming activations in the Tampa market! You will be representing a very well-known drink brand. Your role will be to educate and engage with participants during the NFL games. These will be 6 hour shifts, please see dates below: Sunday , October 18th Monday, November 30th Sunday, December 6th Sunday, December 20th Saturday, January 1st The schedule will be discussed more during the interview. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing a team •⁠ ⁠Comfortable engaging and educating with those who come to the footprint •⁠ ⁠Comfortable in a high-profile setting •⁠ ⁠Team plays •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills •⁠ ⁠Comfortable standing on your feet most of the day •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with set up and teardown •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with driving a large vehicle if needed.
