Fanfest Pop-up - Bayfront Park MIAMI, FL BRAND AMBASSADORS + TEAM LEADS Dates: June 13 – July 5, 2026 Pay Rates: $35/hour – Team Lead $30/hour – Brand Ambassadors CREATIVE STATE is seeking a strong, reliable team for a high-profile activation taking place during the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Miami. This role will support a pop-up experience at the Fan Fest located at Bayfront Park. Activations will run 7 days a week; however, team members will typically be scheduled 4–6 days per week, with shifts ranging from approximately 8–12 hours. This is a high-energy, guest-facing role that requires being on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: Greeting and engaging with guests Managing activation stations Distributing giveaways Assisting with photo moments Driving traffic and overall brand engagement Flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork are essential. TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the above, Team Leads will: Manage team check-ins and breaks Oversee daily operations onsite Lead and support the team throughout the event Assist with setup and breakdown Please note: Preference will be given to candidates available for the full duration of the event.
