New Brunswick, New Jersey Pay Rates Team Lead: $35/hour Brand Ambassador: $32/hour Dates 9/3, 9/19, 9/25 10/3, 10/31 11/14, 11/28 Shift Length Approximately 6 hours (varies based on home game schedule) CREATIVE STATE is seeking energetic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to support Spiked Ade activations at Rutgers Home Games. Staff will engage with fans, build brand awareness, distribute giveaways, and assist with activation execution before the game. This role requires standing for the duration of the shift and working in a fast-paced team environment. Team Leads will also be responsible for staff check-ins, content capture, team management, breaks, setup, and post-event reporting.
