Event Name: Whole Foods Demo – Simi Valley Opening Brand Represented: Date Better Snacks Job Title: Brand Ambassador / In-Store Demo Rep Location: Whole Foods Market, 2631 Tapo Canyon Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93063 Start Date: November 11, 2026 Brief Job Description: Date Better Snacks is hiring an energetic, food-passionate brand ambassador to run in-store demos at the new Whole Foods Market in Simi Valley. You’ll be the face of our brand, sampling our chocolate-covered Medjool dates to shoppers, introducing the products and encouraging purchases. Responsibilities: • Set up and break down the demo station per Whole Foods Market guidelines • Engage shoppers with confidence and enthusiasm for the product • Educate customers on Date Better’s story, ingredients and flavour varieties • Drive on-shelf sales through sampling and product knowledge • Keep the station clean, stocked and compliant with food-safety standards • Complete Start and End forms with demo setup and product shelf photos • Report demo results, including units sold, foot traffic and shopper feedback, after each shift You’re a great fit if you: • Have previous demo, sampling or food/beverage brand ambassador experience • Are outgoing, approachable and a natural conversationalist • Are comfortable working independently at a retail location • Have reliable transportation • Love food and can speak authentically about better-for-you snacks Availability Requirement: • Available for one or more demo dates from November 11–15, 2026 • Morning or evening availability requested, with exact times to be confirmed • Demo shifts are three hours • Please include the dates you can cover and your preferred shift times • Local Simi Valley applicants and those available for multiple days are encouraged to apply
