Hello! MKTG/dentsu is hiring Field Managers for a program taking place on a nearby college campus. For members of the college community, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Experiential Marketing and build a relationship with MKTG/dentsu for future roles. PROGRAM FOCUS Engage the student community with an exciting offer of 50% off a popular subscription service and drive free 30-day trial sign-ups. ROLE OVERVIEW Field Managers must be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging peers. In addition to working as Brand Ambassadors, Field Managers will lead and support a small team, complete administrative tasks, and ensure successful activations. Strong multitasking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. ****A full-size SUV is necessary for this role due to the size of the assets. **** EVENT SCHEDULE at University of North Texas: o Tuesday, September 2nd o Wednesday, September 3rd o Thursday, September 4th ACTIVATION HOURS: o 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM In addition to on-site work, Field Managers will assist remotely during: o Pre-program prep and onboarding o Post-program wrap-up tasks LOCATION o University of North Texas (must be local) RATE o $50/hour (W2 position). All required documents (W2 and I-9) must be completed before working. Timesheets are submitted for bi-weekly pay. UNIFORM o Branded shirt (provided), black or khaki shorts or pants, clean black sneakers. TRAINING (Paid) All Field Managers must attend two paid virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams. Training Schedule: o Day 1: Thursday, August 28th, from 2 PM to 4 PM EST o Day 2: Friday, August 29th from 2 PM to 4 PM EST FIELD MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES o Manage 3 Brand Ambassadors per event (additional BA staff may be assigned if backups are needed) o Complete administrative tasks before and after each event, including: o Assisting with staff scheduling o Communicating with team members o Supporting the Regional Manager in maintaining Brand Ambassador schedules o Assisting with hiring or replacing Brand Ambassadors if needed o Handling reporting tasks and survey submissions o Managing administrative tasks in the internal event app used for the program o Coach and support new Brand Ambassadors on-site o Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager and BA team leading up to each activation o Accept shipment of event materials and store them securely between events (must be able to store in vehicle or home) o Manage event setup, breakdown, load-in, and load-out o Oversee all on-site logistics and supervise Brand Ambassador performance o Actively participate as a Brand Ambassador—engage with consumers and lead by example o Ensure the team works toward the membership sign-up goals (this is a key KPI) o Enforce check-in/out compliance and survey completion via the Event App o Make sure all team members are comfortable speaking to the brand and following approved talking points o Manage team sign-in/out, rest and meal breaks o Track and supply weekly hours worked for the entire team for Regional Manager timesheet approvals Ideal candidate will drive a full-size SUV.
