Hello Akron! MKTG is hiring exceptional Brand Ambassadors with experience in sales, customer engagement, or promotions to join an exciting new program for a leading retail brand. Follow the application details for steps to apply at the end. PROGRAM FOCUS: Educate consumers and promote membership signups for a subscription service offered by a popular retail brand. PROGRAM INFO: Our client has launched a popular subscription service for their retail company. This will involve educating consumers about the service and getting signups. Must be confident in talking about the service and benefits. The ideal candidate would be comfortable approaching consumers with a focus on membership signups, are super friendly, and have customer service/sales experience. BRAND AMBASSADOR ROLE: BAs must be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable approaching consumers, explaining the service and benefits, and assisting with some light setup/breakdown. We are looking for BAs who are fearless when approaching the public. BAs should also have sales experience and be goal-oriented. PROGRAM SCHEDULE: Every Saturday & Sunday Starting July 19th - October 26th ACTIVATION HOURS: Each activation is 8 hours, with the first 30 minutes dedicated to setup and the last 30 minutes for breakdown. Saturday – Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM RATE: $30/hour LOCATION: Local retail stores in the Akron, OH area UNIFORM: Branded Polo + hat, Black/Khaki shorts or pants and clean comfortable black sneakers. TRAINING: All BAs are required to attend a paid virtual training session.
