Hello Pace! MKTG is hiring bilingual Brand Ambassadors for an activation in the Pace, FL area. Follow the application details for steps to apply at the end. ACTIVATION FOCUS: Educate consumers and promote membership signups for a subscription service offered by a popular retail brand. ACTIVATION OVERVIEW: Our client offers a popular subscription service for their retail brand. This role involves educating consumers about the service and securing signups. Brand Ambassadors must be confident in discussing the service, its benefits, and driving signups. The ideal candidate will be comfortable approaching customers, focused on membership signups, friendly, and experienced in customer service or sales. BRAND AMBASSADOR ROLE: Brand Ambassadors must be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable approaching consumers, explaining the service and its benefits, demonstrating how to use the app, and assisting customers with the subscription signup process. All staff should be tech-savvy, assist with light setup and breakdown, and be comfortable working outdoors. While not mandatory, preference will be given to bilingual candidates. SCHEDULE: Wednesday, September 3rd - Sunday, September 7th ACTIVATION HOURS: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily. Each activation is 8 hours, with the first 30 minutes dedicated to setup and the last 30 minutes for breakdown. RATE: $30/hour LOCATION: Local fuel station in Pace, FL, outside of a retail store. This is an outdoor activation. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors. UNIFORM: All staff will be provided with a branded polo and hat. Staff will need to arrive wearing their own black/khaki shorts or pants and clean, comfortable black sneakers. TRAINING: All Brand Ambassadors are required to attend a two-hour paid live virtual training session on Tuesday, 9/2, 2 PM - 4 PM EST. Attendees must be on camera and actively participate in the training. Attendance is mandatory to be eligible for this position.
