MKTG-dentsu is hiring personable, friendly, and professional Brand Ambassadors (aka Brand Enthusiasts!) to represent our client, a well-known spirits brand at the FIFA World Cup FAN FEST in Philadelphia! BAs will introduce / educate consumers on distilled spirits - during FIFA World Cup events to reinforce and increase brand awareness! BA’s embody the brands they represent in a fun, authentic and rewarding way. Paid virtual training will be provided! You must be reliable to complete all job-related responsibilities and work commitments. Due to the quick turnaround for FIFA credentialing, we’re looking to hire ASAP (and require very quick candidate response during the onboarding process). This position is a W-2 Part-Time Occasional Employment Position. Being hired as a BA does not guarantee the employee will be assigned to any quantity of assignments. Individuals must sign-off on all required forms and must adhere to all MKTG / US Concepts Policies and Marketing Codes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase, and consumption Maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement Add’l roles but not limited to: Talking to consumers, keeping footprint clean (light tidying up/bussing, including picking up cups and debris), supporting our event management team where needed. Engaging fans to promote entering a sweepstakes (guide fans to scan QR code to participate) Photo op moment POS Giveaways (swag distribution) Concessionaire will be selling from the footprint - BAs will not be pouring drinks. Comfortable interacting with fans from all over the globe REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Have reliable transportation Reliable, dependable, professional, friendly Outgoing, ability to learn and communicate brand knowledge Using technology to receive and input information, using tablets for event related tasks on-site Candidates must be 21 yrs. and older Experience with spirits and/or sporting events preferred Availability for many shifts PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, outdoors in the summertime Must have reliable mode of transportation to be able to transport yourself to / from Lemon Hill Park for each shift Approachable and able to engage consumers Dependability a MUST Due to the strict nature of the credentialing process with FIFA World Cup - Once scheduled, staff should do everything in their power to show up to assigned event shifts, as the venue has restrictions on last minute replacement staff.
