We’re hiring Part-Time Retail Sales Representatives to run in-store product demonstrations inside Costco warehouses. This role is ideal for confident, reliable individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, explaining products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll independently manage demo events, represent the brand professionally, and help convert shoppers through friendly, informative conversations. This is an ongoing structured part-time position with consistent expectations, training, and ongoing opportunities for scheduled shifts. Pay & Schedule: - Starting at $24/hour + DAILY BONUS - Part-time, consistent scheduling - Weekend availability is highly encouraged (Saturday & Sunday) - Weekday shifts may also be available - Typical shifts are 6–7 hours Key Responsibilities: - Run product demonstrations inside Costco - Engage shoppers and educate them on featured products - Drive sales through strong customer interaction - Set up and break down demo stations each shift - Follow all retail, safety, and company guidelines - Track basic demo performance and sales results Physical & Job Requirements - Able to lift up to 30 lbs throughout the day (tables, product boxes, demo supplies) - Carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approx. 30 lbs) and demo materials to and from your vehicle each shift - Comfortable standing for extended periods during demonstrations - Able to work independently—you’ll be the primary representative at your assigned location - Reliable transportation and punctuality required What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication and customer engagement skills - Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred - Comfortable approaching customers in a retail setting - Professional, dependable, and self-motivated - Able to follow instructions and represent brands accurately Why This Role Works - Competitive hourly pay + DAILY BONUS - Flexible part-time scheduling with steady opportunities - Engaging, interactive retail environment - No cold calling or door-to-door sales - Great fit for retirees, parents, students, or anyone seeking supplemental income Location - Positions available at Costco warehouses near you!
