We are seeking professional, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to join our team as part-time W-2 employees. You will represent premium spirits brands at local North Carolina ABC stores, serving as the face of the brand to educate consumers, conduct sophisticated tastings, and drive sales. If you have a passion for the spirits industry, love engaging with people, and want a flexible, part-time schedule with the stability of W-2 employment, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Conduct premium liquor tastings and product demonstrations at assigned NC ABC stores. Embody the brand’s values and create meaningful, memorable connections with customers. Educate consumers on tasting notes, brand history, and cocktail recipes to drive on-site sales. Handle event setup and breakdown (tasting tables, signage, promotional materials). Strictly adhere to all North Carolina ABC regulations and compliance standards. Complete post-event performance reporting, including uploading photos, tracking inventory, and submitting real-time analytics via our portal. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Prior experience in brand promotion, experiential marketing, bartending, or hospitality is highly preferred. Knowledge of or strong interest in spirits, liquor, and wine markets. Must be professional, articulate, and highly engaging. Must have a reliable vehicle to transport tasting materials and travel to various store locations. Must own a smartphone with a working camera to complete post-event reporting. Willingness to complete ABC-certification and training on NC ABC regulations (training provided).
