Event Support Staff: Assisting attendees with gaming demos on PCs, line management, booth tidiness, and general activation support
Cosplayers: 1 cosplayer must be male and between 5’9”-6’0”. A more muscular or bulky build would be preferred. The costume will include military fatigues, a big vest, and a mask. Cosplayer 2 will also be male but can be any body type. This costume will include a vest, an Adidas track suit, and a helmet. When considering if you're fit for this role, be sure that you're comfortable being in a mask or helmet for long periods of time. You will also be walking around the convention center and booth footprint, taking photos with convention attendees.
Rate: $37.50/hr for Booth staff and $45-50/hr for Cosplayers

Total Hours: 32 Regular Hours + 2 Hours of virtual sexual harassment and bystander training
DE&I Training: I have partnered with a software company called Spot to facilitate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Sexual Harassment training. The virtual training will take two hours and will need to be completed before the start of any event you work with us. If you do not complete the training before event start, then you will not be compensated for the extra hours of work.
Attire: Smart black denim or chinos(no holes or embellishment), clean white Converse, or canvas shoes (no gym or running shoes unless they are fashionable, clean, and neutral colors). A staff shirt will be provided, but I ask that you bring a brandless black shirt or button-down just in case.
