📢 NOW HIRING – Event Staff for AHA 2025 Dates: November 8–10, 2025 Location: New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Pay: $37.50/hr + $23/day parking/travel stipend, Zelle pay upon completion Minimum: 4-hour shifts We are currently conducting interviews for multiple positions for the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2025. This is a large, professional medical conference, and we are looking for polished, friendly, and reliable event staff to join our team! Available Roles: Circulation Ambassadors – Distribute daily newspapers, show guides, and attendee bags (7:00–11:00 AM daily, perfect for early risers). Lead Retrieval Team Members – Scan badges and assist in theaters and learning studios. Information Desk Hosts – Greet attendees, answer questions, and direct traffic. Room Reset/Support Staff – Tidy up presentation spaces between sessions. General Hostesses – Provide a welcoming presence, support attendees, and ensure smooth event operations. Details: $37.50/hr + $23/day parking/travel stipend. Shifts range from 4–8 hours, depending on the position. Must be professional, approachable, and punctual. Wardrobe is all black business professional: black pants, black blazer, black comfortable dress shoes.
