HIRING: TOUR MANAGER - IDAHO TOUR Based in Boise, Idaho May – December 2026 (Approx. 55 Event days | 33 Weeks) Fly to training: 5/10-5/11 Training Load and Drive to Boise: 5/11 Test Setup (In Boise): 5/15 Projected first event: 5/16 (8am load in) Pay Structure Avg work days per week: 2-3 Per Diem: - Food Per Diem: $60/day for Boise based Events - Hotel + Food Per Diem: $230/Day for OOM Events - Per Diem for Training + Transport to/from: $230/day Salary: - To be determined We are now recruiting for a Tour Manager to lead the mobile tour for an insurance brand. This is a long-term touring opportunity ideal for experienced event professionals who enjoy being on the road and managing activations from start to finish. Role Overview: The Tour Manager will be responsible for transporting, setting up, activating, and breaking down a mobile event footprint across approximately 55 events throughout the season. This role requires strong organization, reliability, and comfort driving and operating a Sprinter or cargo van. Key Responsibilities: • Safely transport vehicle and event assets to scheduled tour stops • Operate Sprinter/Cargo Van in compliance with DOT rules and guidelines • Manage full event setup, activation, and teardown • Represent the brand professionally at all events • Oversee asset management and maintain event materials Requirements: • Must be based in or near Boise, Idaho • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Comfortable driving and operating a Sprinter/Cargo Van • Must pass required background checks • Event touring or mobile marketing experience preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Highly organized and self-sufficient Training will be provided prior to tour launch.
