CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA Hospital Community Event Staff (Brand Ambassador & Team Lead/Driver Roles) Pay: • Brand Ambassador: $30/hr • Team Lead: $40/hr + vehicle-use stipend Location: Central Pennsylvania (Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Carlisle, Reading, and surrounding areas) Events: ~25 events throughout 2026 (sporadic schedule) ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring outgoing, reliable, and professional event staff to support a hospital community engagement program across Central Pennsylvania. Events will take place throughout the year at various community sites, festivals, and campus locations. Hours will vary per event (typically 4–8 hours, with some longer days for festivals). We are looking for consistent team members who can work the majority — or ideally all — of the 25 scheduled events. POSITIONS 1. TEAM LEAD — $40/hr Must have a reliable vehicle. This role involves transporting program assets (10x10 tent, table, signage, materials) to and from events. A fuel stipend and vehicle-use stipend will be provided for each event. Team lead must have an SUV or larger to transport assets. Team Lead Responsibilities: • Pick up, transport, and return event assets to the designated location • Complete full event setup (tent, table, signage, materials) • Lead onsite flow, manage brand ambassador support, and troubleshoot • Engage with attendees in a friendly and informative manner • Capture event photos and assist with recaps • Represent the brand with high professionalism and reliability 2. BRAND AMBASSADOR — $30/hr Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: • Assist with setup and teardown of event footprint • Greet and engage attendees • Manage interactive stations (iPad data capture, prize wheel, photo-op experiences) • Distribute materials and communicate core program messaging • Support the Team Lead with event flow and guest interactions • Help capture photos for program reporting REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS) • Professional, friendly, and reliable • Able to lift up to 40 lbs (assisting with tent and table setup) • Comfortable working outdoors at community events or festivals • Available for sporadic events throughout the year • Strong communication and people skills • Previous event or brand ambassador experience preferred, but not required Able to pass a background check and clean MVR. • You have full availability for all 25 events • You have healthcare, wellness, or community outreach experience • You’re comfortable being the face of a community brand SCHEDULE Events will take place between January–December 2026. Each event schedule will be provided at least one to two weeks in advance whenever possible.
