Caveat = potential earlier start date. End date will be before Christmas break. Schedule: Potential game days, evenings, and weekends. Specific dates and hours TBD. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, professional, and reliable Brand Ambassadors for an exciting hospitality technology program involving local bars, restaurants, and sports-viewing venues. Selected team members will work on-site at participating venues, introducing consumers to an innovative mobile ordering service and helping them understand how it works. Responsibilities: • Professionally represent the program at assigned participating venues. • Engage with consumers and introduce the mobile ordering service. • Demonstrate and explain how consumers can access and use the service. • Encourage consumer participation and assist with general questions. • Distribute promotional materials or branded giveaways when provided. • Support on-site promotional activities during scheduled shifts. • Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional presence throughout each activation. • Communicate consumer feedback, questions, and potential issues to the on-site lead. • Follow all program guidelines and venue requirements. Ideal Qualifications: • Previous Brand Ambassador, promotional marketing, hospitality, or customer engagement experience preferred. • Previous experience working in nightlife, sports bars, or alcohol-service environments. Not a requirement, just preferred. • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in busy bar, restaurant, and sports-viewing environments. • Comfortable demonstrating mobile technology and explaining simple processes to consumers. • Professional, personable, dependable, and able to work well with others. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. • Reliable transportation and punctuality. • Flexible availability for potential evenings, weekends, and game-day shifts. • Must meet applicable legal requirements for working in participating venues.
