Friday (3/6/26) – (7:00am – 5:00pm)
Saturday (3/7/26) – (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Role Overview:
Serve as the primary check-in host within VIP Hospitality. You’ll welcome guests, manage registration, and ensure a seamless, high-level experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
Manage guest lists and data entry via Excel
Provide attentive support to VIP guests
Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
Hospitality or event experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Excel for check-in
Polished, organized, and guest-focused
Responsibilities
Assist with setup and teardown of event assets
Move, load, and unload equipment and product
Work efficiently as part of a team
Follow instructions from the on-site lead
Perform tasks related to the activation as needed (sampling drinks, taking photos)
Requirements
Food handler certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Must have reliable transportation
Preference given to those who can work the full event.
