ESM Pros is looking for experienced, professional, outgoing ambassadors to work with us at Schwab in Denver, at the Denver Convention Center, November 3, 4, and 6, schedule listed below. Please note that some schedules do not include November 4. We will be supporting our transportation partners, SEAT Planners, as Event Transportation Support Associate, description below. The event hub will be Colorado Convention Center, but the positions will be at different venues around the main hub. November 3 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM ( may change to a later start time) November 4 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM November 6 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EVENT TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – OUTDOOR STANDING ROLE This outdoor, standing position supports all aspects of event shuttle operations. Associates will be assigned a primary role—such as Receiver, Greeter, Line Assist—but may rotate duties as event needs evolve. Core responsibilities include receiving and directing attendees, providing shuttle and event information, managing lines, tracking shuttle counts, and/or special requests. Associates must be familiar with route maps, hotel/venue locations, and shuttle schedules, and may hold signs or give verbal instructions. Additional tasks may include riding between shuttle stops. Team members must be proactive, adaptable, and communicative—working closely with team members, supervisors, and attendees to ensure a smooth and informed transportation experience. Dress code is all black, and you will be provided a client branded shirt. Pay is $25/hr*. Thank you! *This is a W2 position.
