ESM Pros

ESM Pros will be supporting TWO EVENTS in New Orleans October 23 - 29, 2026. Both events will be at the New Orleans Convention Center and surrounding venues. We are looking for outgoing, experienced, professional and FLEXIBLE Ambassadors to support these events. We will be supporting these events in the following ways: 1) Transportation Support, this outdoor standing position supports all aspects of event shuttle operations. Associates will be assigned a primary role such as greeter, loader, route coordinator or hotel support. The role may rotate duties as the event needs evolve. Core responsibilities include directing attendees, providing shuttle and event information, managing lines, tracking shuttle counts and/or special requests. Associates must be familiar with route maps, hotel/venue locations and shuttle schedules, as well as, may be asked to hold signs or give verbal instructions. Team members should be proactive, adaptable and communicative as you'll be working closely with the bus drivers, attendees and supervisors to ensure a smooth transportation experience. 2) Overall Event Support will be bag stuffing, registration, scanning, cashier (cashless), etc. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who feel comfortable and confident in any of these roles, as you may be asked to assist in multiple roles throughout the event. This is a standing position. All roles will pay $25/hour. Dress code for all positions will be all black professional.
