ESM Pros is looking for compassionate, professional, fast thinking ambassadors. We are looking for ambassadors to support different hotels helping crisis workers who are traveling in from afar to help during the nurses’ strike. You will be filling Hotel Ambassador positions at your assigned venue, assisting crisis workers as they arrive to check-in to hotel, scan nurses on to shuttles, handling uber requests, log escalations, and provide overall support. You will be provided a tablet, so you must be tech comfortable and savvy. Shifts are projected to be everyday 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM (could go a little later) and then again 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (could go a little later), and you will be expected to stay at the hotel for the duration of the assignment (provided by client). The first day is projected to be Tuesday, February 24 for trainings and check-ins. After training, you will be transported to your assigned location. The projected final day is unknown due to it being a strike, but we are looking for at least 1-2 weeks at a time. Dress code is all black professional. Pay is $25/hr plus a $84/day per diem, paid on your check. Also, please note that this support is necessary because of the nurses’ strike, and it could end at any time. Should the strike end before the projected end date, you will be paid through what you have worked +2 days.
