Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Experiential Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact, on-the-ground brand activations for a fast-growing ready-to-drink cocktail brand. This role is equal parts strategist and operator—someone who can lead standout experiences and also hitch up a 12-foot trailer, hit the road, and bring the brand to life in the field. Trailer will be stored at our headquarters office in Lake Orion and activations will generally take place in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. We will supply a tow vehicle (such as a RAM pickup truck) or if you have your own tow vehicle, we can arrange for you to be compensated for the use of that. You will need a current valid DOT Medical Card (or equal licensure), TIPS Certification and a clean driving record. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy face-to-face consumer engagement, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Event & Activation Leadership: *Own end-to-end execution of experiential marketing program, including festivals, retail activations, and pop-up events *Serve as the on-site lead, managing all aspects of setup, operation, and breakdown *Deliver best-in-class brand experiences that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty Mobile Tour Management: *Safely tow and operate a 12-foot branded trailer to and from event locations *Oversee trailer setup, maintenance, inventory, and visual presentation *Ensure all assets are event-ready and aligned with brand standards Brand Representation: *Act as the face of the brand in-market, delivering engaging product education and sampling experiences *Train and manage brand ambassadors to ensure consistent messaging and energy *Build relationships with event organizers, retail partners, and local stakeholders We will be activating during the months of August through October (various dates, times and locations). Schedule is forthcoming and will be continuously updated with new dates. The purpose of this post is to get qualified staff in place so we are ready to roll when our client is. We have events coming up this Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29. Pay is a flat rate of $350 per day up to 10 hours. Hours over 10 will be paid at $35/hour.
