We are headquartered just outside of Detroit and are seeking Automotive Experiential Tour Managers. Position Overview: As the Automotive Experiential Tour Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of our experiential marketing events and tours. From planning and logistics to onsite execution and post-event evaluation, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life and fostering meaningful connections with consumers. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for automotive innovation on a national stage. Key Responsibilities: *Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and strategies that align with brand objectives. *Help plan and coordinate logistics for tour events, including, transportation, accommodations, and equipment. *Supervise event staff, ensuring they are well -prepared to deliver the brand's message and provide exceptional customer experiences. *Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, teardown, and on-site operations, to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. *Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather attendee feedback, and identify areas for improvement. *Demonstrate basic knowledge of client and their products and services. *Act as a representative of the agency and the client. *Potentially create event recaps and take event photos. *Work with venue contacts, vendors, and onsite staff for set-up, execution, and breakdown of event display. *Interact with consumers, maintain yourself and the equipment in a clean and presentable manner; assist and answer consumers’ questions as needed on-site. *Proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to conduct the event, including generators, computers, tablets, sound system, monitors, interactive displays, and other possible on-site challenges. *Safely pack or assist in packing assets for transit to and from the event site. *Assist in managing program inventory. *Coordinate travel accommodations as needed. Qualifications: *3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the automotive or experiential marketing industry. *Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and tours. *Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. *Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail. *Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams and external partners. *Event Marketing enthusiast, with experience in the following areas: demonstration of products, retail, and sales. *Flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed. *Clean driving record. We will be starting a national tour in June that will span several months. Some of the stops on the tour will include: Chicago, IL Washington, DC Boston, MA New York, NY Ann Arbor & Detroit, MI Seattle & Tacoma, WA Houston, Austin & Dallas, TX Atlanta, GA Denver, CO San Diego, San Francisco & Los Angeles, CA Phoenix, AZ Miami & Tampa, FL Philadelphia, PA Minneapolis, MN We are seeking Automotive Experiential Tour Managers for our national tour, however we will also have additional staffing opportunities in the top 20 markets at various times thought the year. Our pay range is $280 - $325 per day and $45 per diem.
