We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle of LidsU 10x20 tent patch bar for our event at Texas A&M Blue Bell Park. Duties: Unloading box truck, unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, assist our onsite manager in the complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. Display assets include 10x20 tent, XL banner, tables, merchandise fixtures. Other duties as assigned. LidsU Store Team will be onsite to set up merchandise. Date and Times: Set Up: Friday, March 20 7:30am - 12:00pm Staff should plan on arriving by 7:30am; Be ready to begin by 8am. Strike: Saturday, March 21: 5:00 pm – Completion Dismantle will begin after 2:00 pm baseball game concludes. Staff should arrive by 5:00pm and be ready to begin striking anywhere between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. (Games last between 3-4 hours) Location: Texas A&M Blue Bell Park, In Adjacent Parking lot 955 Olsen Blvd, College Station, TX 77843 Attire: Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Jeans, t-shirts, jacket, hat, gloves, sneakers/boots. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes. Dress appropriately for the weather.
