We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle for our event at George Mason University (EagleBank Arena). Duties: Unloading box truck, unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, assist our onsite manager in the complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. (The attached picture is an example of the event setup) Date and Times: Set Up: Saturday, February 7th - approximately 4 hours, 7am until complete--approximately 11am--and then you may leave until dismantle (Event will take place from noon - 4pm) Dismantle: Saturday, February 7th - after event is complete, approximately 3-4 hours and arrival time is 3:30pm (event ends at 4pm and we can begin dismantle after the event) We are paying you a day rate of $300 for the full day regardless of how many hours this setup/dismantle takes and you must be available the full day. Attire: Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Jeans, t-shirts, jacket, hat, gloves, sneakers/boots. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes. Dress appropriately for the weather.
