We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle for our event at the University of Kentucky. Duties: Unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. Date and Times: Set Up: Friday September 5th 8:00am - 6:00pm Plan on arriving by 7:30am; Be ready to begin by 8am. Dismantle: Saturday, September 6th: 4 pm – Completion Event should end at 4pm; You should arrive by 3:00pm and be ready to begin dismantle at 4pm. Location: University of Kentucky Football Stadium Parking lot (exact location tbd) Parking: Will be provided with parking pass and lots to park in. Attire: Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Shorts/T-shirts, sneakers. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes.
