We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle for our event at Notre Dame University.
Duties: Unloading box truck, unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, assist our onsite manager in the complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. (The attached picture is an example of the event setup)
We also need (1) brand ambassador during the event. Our wish is that one of the production assistants we hire for setup/dismantle can fill this role. You will assist our client as a runner/helper during the event and possibly help with a survey.

Attire: Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Shorts/T-shirts, sneakers. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes.
Bring food/drinks for breaks.
