We are currently hiring professional event staff to support the upcoming TRALA Annual Meeting. Positions: Event Staff (Guest Services / Registration Support) Schedule: Sunday, April 12 2 staff | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (5-hour shift) Monday, April 13 2 staff | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5-hour shift) Total Hours: 20 hours across both days Pay Rate: $25/hour Responsibilities May Include: - Assisting with registration and check-in - Greeting and directing attendees - Providing general event support as needed - Maintaining a professional and polished presence at all times Uniform: All black business attire required (black suit or blazer, black slacks or skirt, black closed-toe shoes) Requirements: - Prior event or hospitality experience preferred - Punctual, reliable, and professional - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Parking will be provided onsite.
