Shift Time: 7:30 PM – 11:30 PM (May leave at 11:30 PM once final venue is reached, or stay for NYE countdown.) Overview The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host is responsible for guiding a group of attendees through scheduled venues during the bar crawl. They act as the main point of contact between guests and venue door staff, ensuring smooth entry and timely transitions. Key Responsibilities - Arrive on time and meet the bar crawl group. - Guide participants from venue to venue according to the event schedule. - Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue and confirm you are the group leader for the bar crawl. - Communicate clearly that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and receive free entry. - At the end of each time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders that the group is moving to the next location. - Ensure the group reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM. End of Shift Once the group arrives at the final venue at 11:15/11:30 PM, the host may leave or stay for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
