Brand Ambassador — Sprouts In-Store Sampling Everyday Dose is redefining the coffee ritual, and we’re looking for friendly, wellness-minded Brand Ambassadors to bring our brand to life inside Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll host in-store sampling events, introduce shoppers to our gentler coffee + matcha, and create positive, memorable experiences that inspire trial and purchase. This is a field-based role. You’ll work inside Sprouts stores and may rotate between locations on weekends based on scheduling needs. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve Everyday Dose samples during demos Share simple, friendly product education (collagen, mushrooms, calm energy) Engage shoppers with warmth and confidence Maintain a clean, organized demo station Track samples and shopper engagement Submit a short post-event recap with photos Represent the brand professionally and positively You’re a Great Fit If You Are Friendly, reliable, and easy to talk to Interested in wellness, coffee, or nutrition Comfortable working in a retail environment Available on weekends (Sat/Sun) Able to stand for 4–5 hours and lift up to 30 lbs Punctual and dependable (very important!)
