Positions & Duties:
Event Lead (1 per event):
Manage event operations and staff during the shift.
Coordinate with artists, vendors, and venue contacts.
Lead staff onboarding, scheduling breaks, and delegating tasks.
Ensure artist hospitality, green room setup, and show timing.
Oversee safety protocols and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest incidents or escalations; document event feedback and photos after the event.
Assistant Lead (1 per event):
Support Event Lead with staff coordination and guest management.
Assist with setup, check-in, and customer service.
Monitor seating, guest flow, and safety throughout the event.
Act as backup for Event Lead as needed.
Event Staff (5 per event):
Unload and Assist with setup and candle arrangement throughout the venue.
Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and seating.
Direct guests to amenities and explain digital programs.
Maintain crowd control and uphold event rules (no photos/phones during performance).
Help reset venue between performances and assist with cleanup after the event.
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Shift Times:
• Event Staff (5): 3 PM – 11:00 PM
Dress Code:
A branded t-shirt (provided).
All black attire: black jeans or presentable shorts/skirts (weather permitting), black shoes.
If no branded shirt available, wear plain black top.
