**YOU MUST ONBOARD AT WWW.IEVNTUR.COM** Event Production Assistant for a classical/jazz concert series Duties include (but are not limited to): 1. Checking guests in and validating tickets through Fever's QR code system 2. Set seats and seating guests to their assigned zoned seating 3. Assist with the setting up of the Event, in the case it is a Candlelight Concert, assembling and disassembling LED flameless candles 4. Handing out programs to guests 5. Directing guests to the restrooms 6. Managing flow of guests in and out of the venue 7. Acting as the main customer service contact for all guests 8. Delivering the opening and closing remarks 9. Upholding and enforcing Safety Protocols in relation to coronavirus. 10. Loading/Unloading truck and returning supplies at the end of the night. *** Please note, staff must have the ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs, a valid driver's license, and have a reliable form of transportation to the venue. Shift time subject to change.
