This fun, customer-facing outdoor experience features freshly prepared smoothies, branded merchandise and giveaways, and an interactive photo booth. We’re looking for polished and enthusiastic team members who can create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for Walmart customers. 📍 Event Schedule & Locations 📅 KANSAS CITY KS 66109 Wednesday, October 21, 2026 1:00PM-7:00PM LEES SUMMIT MO 64082 Thursday, October 22, 2026 1:00PM-7:00PM GARDNER KS 66030 Friday, October 23, 2026 1:00PM-7:00PM PAOLA KS 66071 Saturday, October 24, 2026 11:00AM-5:00PM OTTAWA KS 66067 Sunday, October 25, 2026 11:00AM-5:00PM 💸 Pay: $23/hr 🎯 Responsibilities 👋 Welcome and engage Walmart customers 🥤 Prepare and distribute smoothies as directed by the onsite team 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized smoothie preparation and sampling area 🎁 Distribute Planet Oat merchandise, giveaways, and promotional items 📸 Operate the photo booth and assist guests with the experience ✨ Encourage shoppers to participate in each activation element 🗣️ Answer basic questions and share approved Planet Oat messaging 🫧 Keep the activation clean, organized, stocked, and inviting 🤝 Support the onsite team with general event operations 🏁 Represent Planet Oat, Walmart, and Extreme Marketing professionally 🛠️ Setup & Breakdown • Assist with event setup and teardown • Organize supplies, merchandise, sampling materials, and activation elements • Help ensure the footprint is completely event-ready before customers arrive • Assist with packing and organizing materials after the activation • Most activation elements are built into the event trailer, so setup and teardown involve relatively light moving and lifting ⭐ Ideal Candidates • Outgoing, energetic, friendly, and professional • Comfortable proactively approaching Walmart customers • Comfortable preparing and distributing smoothies • Able to learn and operate the photo booth experience • Strong communication and customer-service skills • Comfortable standing and remaining actively engaged throughout the event • Able to assist with light setup and teardown duties • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • Previous Brand Ambassador, sampling, retail, hospitality, promotional, or experiential-marketing experience is preferred 👕 Attire • Planet Oat branded attire provided onsite • Khaki or black pants • Clean, presentable, and comfortable shoes • Clothing should have a clean, streamlined, and professional appearance 🌤️ Event Environment • Outdoor Walmart sidewalk or parking lot activation • High-energy, customer-facing environment • Activation will operate primarily from an event trailer • BAs will rotate between smoothie preparation and distribution, giveaways, photo booth support, customer engagement, and general event operations • Staff should arrive prepared to work outdoors 🚗 Parking Parking is available in the Walmart parking lot.
