This is a high-energy, customer-facing role focused on promoting Celsius, distributing samples, operating the koozie press, and assisting with full event setup and breakdown. 📍 Event Schedule & Locations 📅5491 HIGHWAY 151 MARION IA 52302 Wednesday, October 28, 2026 9:00AM-6:00PM 3601 29TH AVE SW CEDAR RAPIDS IA 52404 Thursday, October 29, 2026 9:00AM-6:00PM 1126 HIGHWAY 38 NORTH TIPTON IA 52772 Friday, October 30, 2026 9:00AM-6:00PM 919 HIGHWAY 1 W IOWA CITY IA 52246 Saturday, October 31, 2026 9:00AM-6:00PM 2801 COMMERCE DR CORALVILLE IA 52241 Sunday, November 1, 2026 9:00AM-6:00PM 💸 Pay: $23/hr 🎯 Responsibilities 👋 Welcome and engage Walmart customers throughout the activation ⚡ Promote Celsius and create excitement around the brand 🥤 Distribute Celsius samples to eligible customers 🗣️ Share approved product information and talking points 🎨 Operate and manage the koozie press experience ✨ Encourage shoppers to interact with the activation 🫧 Keep the event footprint clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming 💪 Assist with full event setup and breakdown 🏁 Represent Celsius, Walmart, and Extreme Marketing professionally 🛠️ Setup & Breakdown • Help unload, position, assemble, and organize activation materials • Assist with setting up the backwall containing two refrigerators • Must be comfortable lifting approximately 50–60 pounds • Remain onsite until the complete breakdown is finished • Help safely pack and organize all materials after the activation ⭐ Ideal Candidates • Outgoing, energetic, athletic, and professional • Comfortable approaching and engaging Walmart customers • Physically capable of assisting with hands-on setup and breakdown • Must be comfortable lifting approximately 50–60 pounds • Comfortable standing and remaining active throughout a long event day • Confident promoting products and distributing samples • Able to learn and operate the koozie press as directed • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • Previous Brand Ambassador, sampling, retail, fitness, promotional, or experiential-marketing experience is preferred 👕 Attire • Black pants, black shorts, or black athleisure bottoms • Black tennis shoes • Celsius T-shirt provided onsite 🏪 Event Environment • In-store Walmart activation • High-energy, customer-facing environment • Combination of customer engagement, sampling, interactive activities, and physical event operations 🚗 Parking Parking is available in the Walmart parking lot.
