​✨ NOW HIRING: LEAD BRAND AMBASSADOR – THE STACKS | WASHINGTON, DC ✨ Extreme Marketing & Promotions is seeking an energetic, polished, and highly dependable Lead Brand Ambassador to support ongoing events at The Stacks, one of Washington, DC’s premier mixed-use communities. 💰 PAY: $30/HOUR 🕒 Approximately 25 hours per month 📍 Washington, DC 🚗 Parking provided onsite This is an ongoing position supporting community events such as yoga classes, mahjong gatherings, outdoor movie nights, fitness activities, neighborhood events, and other resident experiences. ⭐ WHAT YOU’LL DO As the on-site Lead Brand Ambassador, you’ll help ensure each event is welcoming, organized, professional, and runs smoothly from start to finish. • Arrive early and prepare the event space before guests arrive • Complete light setup and breakdown • Welcome and engage guests with a warm, professional attitude • Answer basic questions about the event and The Stacks community • Coordinate with instructors, entertainers, vendors, and event partners • Make sure activities begin on schedule • Keep the event area clean, organized, and inviting • Take basic event photos and short videos using a smartphone • Proactively identify and resolve minor issues • Communicate event updates or concerns to the management team • Represent The Stacks with exceptional customer service and professionalism 💪 REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for someone who is: • Friendly, outgoing, and naturally comfortable interacting with people • Extremely dependable and punctual • Comfortable independently leading and managing events • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Able to think on their feet and solve problems with minimal supervision • Energetic and physically capable of event setup and breakdown • Able to lift up to 20 lbs • Comfortable working outdoors when needed • Professional, polished, and approachable • Comfortable around fitness activities and animals • A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative This role requires someone who can remain actively engaged with guests throughout the event. No sitting or personal phone use while working. We are looking for someone who is young at heart, upbeat, bubbly but grounded, and able to fit naturally into an upscale, modern community environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 📅 SCHEDULE Approximately 25 hours per month, with evening and occasional weekend availability required. Scheduling will vary based on The Stacks’ event calendar.
