Pleasant staffers that do respond but they can send conflicting wardrobe, location and scheduling information. I have worked with them to cutaway excess steps and like that they want to improve. They do re-hire staff that have been terminated.
Extreme invited me a couple months ago to manage this event and I love it! They were very professional and gave me every assistance I needed. I definitely recommend them!
The batteries were not charged for the fan Tony was pretty hot! Other than that, everything went great

Friendly agency that is responsive. It was messy at training with multiple contacts, multiple teams, leads and no prior knowledge of that. Not all staff was up to par with client needs.
They are friendly and respond. They make changes based on feedback. They emailed us a manual and uniform description that did not pertain to our project. I believe they just need some guidance so will continue working with them.

Of all the set up activations for large interactive events I have worked, today's crew was the most well tuned and organized event I've seen yet. Everyone was well seasoned, professional and team players. Management was very good at communication.
