We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Marriott Bonvoy at an upcoming activation taking place over three weekends. This activation will feature a luxury lounge experience designed to give parents and families a comfortable place to relax and recharge during the event. The lounge will offer complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages, and comfortable seating for parents and children. Event Dates: October 23–25, 2026 November 6–8, 2026 November 14–16, 2026 Job Responsibilities Welcome parents and families to the Marriott Bonvoy lounge. Explain the lounge experience and assist parents with signing up for the free Marriott Bonvoy rewards program. Ensure that guests are registered Marriott Bonvoy members before granting access to the lounge. Distribute wristbands to registered guests to identify those who have access to the lounge. Help manage guest entry and maintain an organized, welcoming environment. Provide complimentary beverages and assist guests with accessing the free Wi-Fi. Keep the lounge clean, organized, and comfortable throughout the event. Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing individuals with excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Comfortable approaching and interacting with parents and families. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment. Previous brand ambassador, hospitality, or event experience is preferred. Additional Information This is a non-sales activation. The primary responsibilities are creating an upscale hospitality experience, assisting parents with Marriott Bonvoy rewards program registration, and managing lounge access. Guests must be Marriott Bonvoy members to enter the lounge. Parents who are not already members will be encouraged to complete a free registration before entering. Registered guests will receive wristbands that allow them to access the lounge throughout the event.
