Fi is looking for a Field Retail Sales Specialist to represent our brand in pop-up retail locations and engage customers with enthusiasm and expertise. This role is a unique opportunity to showcase Fi’s smart dog collar, drive sales, and connect with dog lovers face-to-face. Responsibilities: -Represent Fi at pop-up retail locations by managing product displays and engaging with shoppers in a personable and energetic manner. -Confidently present Fi’s product features and benefits, tailoring messaging to different customer needs. -Drive sales by demonstrating the value of Fi’s real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, and health insights. -Answer customer questions with a deep understanding of Fi’s products and their benefits. -Maintain high energy throughout long shifts and proactively approach potential customers. -Provide insights and feedback to the Fi team on customer interactions and suggestions for enhancing the in-store experience. Qualifications: -Previous in-person sales experience, ideally in high-volume retail or event marketing. -Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to captivate and engage diverse customers. -High-energy and outgoing personality, with a passion for discussing dogs and their care. -Flexibility to work Thursday through Sunday, including weekends and extended hours. -Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned retail locations. -Thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to represent Fi’s innovative products. Scheduling & Locations: Regional Focus: Fi is expanding its retail presence across key metropolitan areas, with a focus on: Texas: Austin, Dallas, Houston West Coast: San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno Midwest: Chicago Travel Requirements: This role involves travel to pop-up retail locations within your assigned region. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in different locations as part of a dynamic retail program. All necessary training and materials will be provided. Scheduling: Retail activations are expected to launch in the fall, with events primarily taking place Thursday through Sunday. While schedules may vary by region, we aim to maintain a consistent and focused cadence to support regional growth. Exact timing will be communicated in advance, and we value team members who can operate effectively in a flexible, fast-paced field environment. Flexibility: Success in this role requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to travel. We’re looking for individuals excited to be part of a multi-market launch strategy and comfortable navigating shifting schedules as we bring Fi to new audiences.
