We are hiring a high-energy, people-oriented Event Demonstrator to represent our brand at home shows, festivals, markets and community events. You’ll proactively engage attendees, deliver concise product demonstrations and company media, and capture qualified leads on our lead-capture cards for follow-up by the in-home consult team. Ideal candidates are outgoing, friendly, and energized by meeting new people — they start conversations naturally, communicate clearly, and thrive in busy public environments. Weekend availability, willingness to assist with booth setup/tear-down, and basic tablet/AV skills required. Paid training and performance incentives provided. Duties Represent the brand at events; engage visitors and capture qualified leads for follow-up. Run light demonstrations and manage company media (slideshows, tablets, simple AV). Operate and maintain booth displays, promotional materials, giveaways and contests. Assist with booth load-in, setup and teardown; manage on-site inventory. Keep the booth clean, open and on-brand. Collect accurate lead details on company lead-capture cards (or tablet) and record event notes; hand off cards for confirmer follow-up and enter leads into the CRM where the company process requires. Submit event results and attend pre/post-event briefings and debriefs. Follow exhibitor rules, safety and insurance requirements and escalate customer issues to the Event Coordinator. Requirements High-energy extroverts who enjoy meeting people and naturally start conversations with strangers. Outgoing, talkative, and persuasive without being pushy. Friendly, confident, and comfortable working busy public spaces. Able to handle rejection calmly, recover quickly, and keep a positive, persistent attitude. Able to work long event shifts and most weekends; punctual and reliable. Comfortable role-playing and taking quick coaching. Basic tech literacy (tablet/slideshow) and neat, legible lead-card handwriting. Customer-service, retail, or events experience preferred — but attitude and energy matter more. Team player who follows brand standards, event procedures, and can escalate issues when needed. Reliable transportation and able to lift/move booth materials. Why Five Star Bath Solutions?
