Forme is hosting an exciting pop-up retail activation at Meta’s campus to showcase and sell our premium posture-correcting performance apparel. We’re looking for energetic, polished, and reliable brand ambassadors to represent the brand, engage customers, and drive sales in a high-visibility, premium environment. 📍 Location: Meta Offices Responsibilities: 1. Proactively greet and engage customers 2. Explain Forme products and help customers find the right fit and style 3. Support in-store sales and checkout flow 4. Keep the space clean, organized, and on-brand 5. Assist with light setup and breakdown if needed 6. Represent Forme professionally and enthusiastically at all times Must-Haves: 1. Friendly, confident, and professional presence 2. Comfortable talking to customers and selling products 3. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented 4. Able to stand and be active for long periods 5. Comfortable working in a premium, customer-facing environment Skills / Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2. Retail, sales, or brand ambassador experience strongly preferred 3. Comfortable approaching and engaging new people 4. Polished, presentable, and brand-appropriate appearance 5. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. 6. Ability to lift light boxes if helping with setup 7. Experience with pop-ups, retail activations, or trade shows Bonus (Nice to Have): 1. Background in apparel, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands 2. Sales-driven or commission-based sales experience Shift Length & Breaks: 1. Typical shifts are 6–8 hours 2. 30-minute unpaid meal break for longer shifts plus short rest breaks as required Uniform: 1. Brand-provided Forme top or specific dress code provided in advance 2. Black or neutral bottoms and clean, polished athletic-lifestyle look Parking: 1. On-site or nearby parking provided or reimbursed Travel: 1. Local applicants; no long-distance travel expected Payment Terms: 1. Hourly pay (details provided upon confirmation) 2. Paid via direct deposit or similar method 3. Payment issued shortly after the event Contract Type: 1, This is a 1099 independent contractor role; you are responsible for your own taxes Who We’re Looking For: Outgoing, energetic, and engaging people who present well, love interacting with customers, and can represent a premium brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prior retail or brand ambassador experience is a big plus.
